Wow,what an Oasis in Texas. Beautiful RV Resort just off of I-40. Easy off and on access to the freeway. Owners on site and the work campers keep this park looking beautiful. Anyone looking for a wonderful RV spot for the night or week this is it. Good value for your dollar with their current stimulus package rates. Large pull thrus and big rig friendly. Good strong WI-Fi, Cable, & free laundry facilities. Our truck broke down while we were here and the management went out of their way to assist our every needs. Don't look for a better park when in this area. They allow you to wash your RV on site. What a nice place to call home away from home.

This is a neat park that is a hidden dream. A few full timers on site but a lot of rally's come here. We try to stay a week at a time and the cost is $150.00. The nightly rate that is shown is an average for the week. They accept Good Sam's discount. Large pull thrus with full hook ups most sites very level with concrete pads and a small grass area at each site. Nice hot tub and pool. Dan and his wife Simone are the park managers and you cannot find a better couple that is dedicated to helping their clients have a great rv experience. We will be returning in May 2009.

Beautiful campground near Canton. Big rig access and wonderful management personnel on site. Escort to site and plenty of activities to keep you busy. A family and puppy friendly park. This park has great amenities but it is not cheap. Cost to stay in premium sites on first Monday around $50.00 per night, after that weekend they go to $40.00. But they have sites you can back in that are at a good value. All sites are level with concrete pads, picnic tables, and fire ring at each site. If in the area a good park to stop for the night.
